At the end Life Is Strange: ReunionChloe and Max have a conversation backstage at the concert. They then leave the location before the credits roll and you get a photo montage. This montage shows what happens to the pair after the events of the game.
The exact photos in this montage and what happens during the conversation between Chloe and Max are up to you. It all depends on your actions and choices. Here's an explanation of all the endings and how to get them.
What affects the endings
One of the main things that affects the ending is can you save everyone during the game. You have a chance to save Safi, Jeannette, Owen, Loretta, Vinh, Noelle, Anthony and various invisible students.
You can try to save most of them from the observatory fire, but Safi and Vinh must be saved from themselves. This is a complete guide on how to achieve this. If you let even one of them die it changes what endings you can get.
Another thing that affects the ending is a decision you make right at the end of the game during the Partners In Time scene.
like chloe you are reading a letter from Moses that includes a photograph Max took from before the fire. You have a choice if you do give it to max or sleep it. Your decisions will greatly affect the ending.

Failed to save all and burn photo
Unless you save everyone and burn the image, that is Max will have no idea that she could have come back and saved everyone. Therefore, she doesn't feel too guilty about the situation and seems to be happy with Chloe.
The photomontage at the end shows both return to Arcadia BayI will visit the old junkyard and see Joyce again.
This cannot be rated as the best ending because at least one person must be dead. That said, it's a solid conclusion for Max and Chloe as they stay together.
Failed to save everyone and give Max a photo
By giving the photo to Max after failing to save everyone, you give her a chance to come back. Chloe worries about this because she thinks she might lose Max because of it.
Based on the final photo montage, Max initially seems to resist the temptation to go back. However, she is Max Caulfield, so he can't help but try to save people.
Therefore, he will eventually returnbut it doesn't show if Max manages to save everyone on the second try.
What it shows is that Chloe is alone again. Max finds another version of Chloe, though, and hug each other.
While that not exactly a “bad” endingthat's not very good either. After all, the games make it clear that Max's constant interference with time can cause real problems. Additionally, Chloe, who you controlled throughout the game, will miss Max.
Save everyone and burn the photo
There is no real difference between burning a photo when everyone survived and when someone died. The scene and photomontage are the same. So, Max and Chloe still return to Arcadia Bay and see Joyce again.
However, the emotional weight of not handing over the photo is not felt as much in this version, because everyone survived anyway. You just are withholding things from Max for no reason.
It always is solid finish for the deuceregardless.
Save everyone and give Max the photo
Even though they save everyone, Chloe is still worried that if she hands over the photo, Max might want to go back in time to stop the fire.
So the cutscene is similar to the one you'll see if you give her a picture without saving anyone. However, the photomontage at the end is different.
With all saved, Max decides not to return. At first he is still tempted, but in the last photo you see she is ready to burn that photo.
This is it probably a 'good' ending because it is the one where Max finally ventures into the past and decides not to mess with time. This serves as a fitting conclusion to her arc. He doesn't go to Arcadia Bay with Chloe though, which is a bit of a shame.
