The quest has multiple objectives, but none require the player to visit different locations or interact with items. The first objective is to supply a Hornet Driver. To do this, you need to shoot down the Hornet on the Topside. These are very common to find and are most likely to be encountered within a minute or two of spawning. In case you don't see one nearby, an easier way to trigger them on most open maps is to search for Snitch.

These are ARCs that fly high in the sky and scan the area for raiders. You need to shoot the snitch without destroying it so that it calls out more ARCs, one of which will be the Hornet. Loot the Hornet and it should have a Driver that you can place in your safe pocket.

You can also use the Snitch Scanner if you have it with you to summon flying ARCs.

The next item you need is Fireball Burnerwhich falls from Fireballs. These are mainly found inside buildings and other places. If you are on Buried city map, you can try your luck on HOSPITAL or Research Build or inspect subways, as fireballs are sometimes found on broken escalators or platforms. Stella Montis it's also a good place to find Fireballs, but you won't encounter as many flying ARCs needed for the quest. Loot the Fireball for the Burner and proceed to the next objective.

The last two objectives involve finding a Fireflydestroy it and get the Firefly Burner back. Fireflies are among the enemies added after the initial launch of the game and are more armored than the regular flying ARCs. To deal with them, target the yellow canister or the armor plates on the side with the high penetration ARC weapon.

Once it's destroyed, loot it to find the Burner and deliver all three items to Apollo to get:
