The next episode probably won't provide an answer, but viewers could get an idea. Dr. Xeno could have a radically different approach to Why-Man than Senko, perhaps viewing Why-Man as something to be exploited rather than a threat to be neutralized. This too could cause tension to build as the Science Future arc marches on.
