The Ancient Shield is located in the Sanctum of Faith, in the southeast corner of Delesyia.
In the Shrine of Faith, head across from the shrine to find a tower covered in vines.
Use Blinding Flash (L1+R1+L1) and aim at the vines until they burn.
Once the vines burn, enter the room to find a Treasure Chest containing an Ancient Shield.
