How to unlock mystery gifts
To unlock the Mystery Gifts, you will have to play through the opening part of the game. This includes ccompleting Cordy's initial training, recruiting her first Pokemon, and completing your first ranked battle. Once you've done this, you'll gain access to Mystery Gifts from the main menu.
From there, open the submenu at the bottom of the screen, scroll down to Mystery Giftsand enter your code. If valid, your reward will be sent directly to your mailbox found on the main menu screen for you to claim.
