Hiding the Chakras
Boruto Uzumaki gained immense control over his chakra during the three year timeskip. His control over it has increased to the point where he can completely erase his chakra signature. This makes him similar to a sensor ninja and shows that he is practically unstoppable in combat.

Lightning Release: Purple Electricity Nagashi
The fans already know that Boruto he is very skilled in the transformations of nature. This is especially true for Wind and Lightning Release. Boruto has created various lightning edition Jutsu over the years and one of his most powerful is the Thunderclap Arrow.
However, after the timeskip, Boruto seems to have learned a powerful new Lightning Release Jutsu. This particular Jutsu is very similar to the Chidori Stream that Sasuke also uses in battle. In fact, even the hand seals for the Jutsu are similar to the Chidori. It is generally believed to be Purple electricity, but it is used to cover the entire body. While fighting Bug, one of the new villains in the series, using Purple Electricity hand signs, he became enveloped in a powerful current that shocked Bug to his very core. Boruto Uzumaki can also use natural energy somehow. While not technically a jutsu, it is an energy that can be used in many ways. Fans saw this for the very first time during his fight against Code. Boruto himself mentions that he can use natural energy. While it is unknown if Boruto has access to Sage Mode right now or not, fans certainly know that he has access, or at least feels the natural energy and effects on others. This opens the door for a lot of powerful techniques that Boruto can use, such as the Senjutsu-influenced Rasengan and possibly even Sage Mode itself. We don't know much about whether or not Boruto has access to Sage Mode yet, but the basics are definitely there.

Flying God of Thunder
One of the most interesting Jutsu that Boruto has learned over the years is the flying raijin technique. This technique was created by Tobirama, perfected and mastered by Minato. Flying Raijin was Minato's own brand and Boruto now learned it as well.
This technique allows Boruto to use his chakra and infuse it into various metals. He can then instantly teleport to that particular metal seal, bypassing space and time itself. This Jutsu is incredibly dangerous and fans already know this from seeing Minato use this power extensively. Boruto Uzumaki is not as good a user of this power as Minato. However, it will definitely grow over time.

Rasengan Uzuhiko
Without a doubt the strongest Jutsu Boruto he has Rasengan Uzuhiko right now. This Jutsu sees Boruto using natural energy in some way. Basically, instead of creating a Rasengan in his palm, Boruto envelops himself in spinning chakra. The chakra originates from the planet itself and is believed to be the energy core of the planet. When Boruto makes contact with his enemies, he transfers this planetary rotation to his enemies and as a result, the enemies are extremely disoriented and weakened.
They can also be damaged by the Rasengan just like a normal one, but in this case the damage done is semi-permanent. This damage basically only ends when the planet stops spinning because it is directly tied to the planet and comes from its own energy. Or must Boruto himself cancel Uzuhiko for his enemies to survive. Without a doubt, this is an incredibly dangerous jutsu that few survive in the world of Boruto.
