Target is also trying to slow the sell-out pattern that defined the first wave. The retailer says that Drop 2 purchases will be limited to one unit per item per guest, both in-store and online, which should at least reduce bulk purchases on the most sought-after offerings and discourage scalpers. Still, given the response to the Pokémon x Target Drop 1 restock, launch morning may offer the safest window of availability for jackets, full-sized puzzles, and character accessories.
