Gyomei Himejima's role in Infinity Castle part 2
IN Demon Slayer: Infinity Castle Part 2, the first ever major Gyomei battle in the entire series finally takes place, and it's something we've been waiting for ages. Gyomei is set to become one of the four demon slayers to take on Kokushibo, a higher-ranking demon who boasts immense strength. Among the Hashiras, his abilities definitely stand out. As the oldest of the lot, he is the most experienced and that will surely show in Infinity Castle Part 2.
We are proud to live and die as human beings. Don't act like your worthless ideas are supreme and impose them on others. — Gyomei to Kokushibo
He is bent on using his superior strength against Kokushibo, which is officially listed as the best among the Hashiras. Gyomei's Stone Breathing and physical prowess is such that even Kokushibo can't help but label him as the strongest warrior he has met in the past 300 years. This is further supported by Tanjiro and Inosuke, who previously referred to Gyomei as the strongest of the Demon Slayer Corps.

How Gyomei Himejima's Demon Slayer Mark Makes Him the Star of Infinity Castle Part 2
Gyomei is also one of the few Hashirs with the Demon Slayer, Bright Red Nichirin, and Transparent World marks. In Demon Slayer, Gyomei is one of the few characters who has all three of these abilities: Demon Slayer Mark, Bright Red Nichirin, and Transparent World. Among the Hashiras, only Muichiro and Obanai are capable of using these three powers. Although Muichiro can use them, he is much less experienced than Gyomei. Obanai also has less experience and was only able to use Transparent World for a very brief moment in the final arc.
We demon hunters have eternal permanence until every last demon is exterminated from this world. — Gyomei
On the other hand, Gyomei is skilled with all three, proving again why he is the strongest of the group. Plus, if he wasn't over 25 when his Slayer Mark activated, he might even be one of Hashiru's survivors after the Battle of Muzan.
