The 8 strongest ninjas of the new generation in the two blue vortexes, ranked

The ninja world has changed quite a bit Borutobut one thing remains the same: each major village continues to produce strong and skilled ninja. Most of the strongest ninjas of the new generation belong to the Hidden Leaf Village, but the Sand Village has also produced some capable fighters. Boruto: Two Blue Vortexestakes place after a three-year time jump, and many of the strongest ninjas of the new generation have become even stronger.

Several of these ninja can now be classified as Kage level or near Kage level. Many of them can now immobilize or outright defeat Claw Grimes and Sentient God Trees, all of whom have Rinnegan and Ten-Tails chakra. Two characters really stand out because they have Otsutsuki chakra and abilities, while another has quickly become a perfect Jinchuriki.

Araya

Before the time jump, Araya was one of the best Genin of the Sand Village and became a top Chunin. He is the best New Gen Puppet User as he was personally trained by Kankur, the best Puppet User of the previous generation. Sasori is one of the strongest ninjas in Sand Village and a true puppet master, and Araya has already surpassed him in one respect.

Most puppet users are at a disadvantage in close combat, but Araya is at no such disadvantage as he is a master swordsman. It's actually his preferred fighting method. Iron Sand is still considered the most powerful weapon of the Sand Village, and Araya can wield it with his sword, which is infused with Shinki's chakra. As a result, it can break through special defenses and potentially injure the Tree of Sentient Deities.

Shikadai Nara

There are plenty of Hokage level characters better than Shikamaru, but no one can deny the fact that Shikamaru is a genius with Hokage level skills. Shikadai inherited his father's intelligence and tactical thinking, but also inherited the blood of the Kazekage clan through Temari, and is therefore considered the prodigy of the Nara clan. Not only can he use the Nara clan's secret techniques, but he also excels at Wind Release.

Shikadai's talent was fully revealed during the Chunin Exams, where he was personally promoted by Naruto. He can capture multiple targets with his Shadow Possession Jutsu at the same time by increasing the range of the technique. During the time jump, Shikadai's abilities have increased to the point where he can now create shadow nets and cages strong enough to temporarily immobilize dozens of Human God Trees at once.

Shinki

Shinki is Gaara's adopted son and it is clear that he will one day succeed him as the sixth Kazekage of the Sand Village. This would make Shinki of the Sand Village the strongest ninja of the New Generation. Of all the Legendary Kage in the franchise, the Third Kazekage is particularly powerful because he created iron sand. Shinki is one of the few people in the world who can control it and his skill is already on par with Gaara with sand manipulation.

As a Chunin, Shinki is already able to subdue a weaker member of the Otsutsuki clan for a short time with his iron sand. He also became strong enough to overpower a Kage-level ninja with his sand. The sentient god trees went out of their way to create another member using Shinki as a template. Even though Shinki was absorbed and immobilized, his chakra was strong enough to protect Gaara from the other God Trees.

Mitsuki

Mitsuki is a partial clone of Orochimaru, one of the strongest ninjas in history, so it's no wonder he became a powerful ninja of the New Generation. Like his “father”, Mitsuki has a high chakra level and an agile and fluid fighting style. He can use snake-based techniques to restrain and attack others. Unlike Orochimaru, Mitsuki has mastered Sage Mode and currently wields one of the Naruto the strongest form of the franchise's Sage Mode.

Mitsuki may not be as strong as Kawaki and Boruto, but his strength has greatly increased during the time jump. For example, Sage mode is Mitsuki's trump card and he can now use it for longer periods of time without any disadvantages. With all of his training, Mitsuki can now stand up to a tree sentient god like Ryu for a short period of time.

Sarada Uchiha

Sarada inherited Sakura's immense strength and Sasuke's visual prowess. During the three-year timeskip, she became one of the few New Generation ninjas who can defeat Otsutsuki. She is adept at releasing fire and lightning and has already mastered her Sharingan. Sarada may not be able to beat the Sentient God Tree one-on-one with a standard Sharingan, but she can take out Claw Grimes on her own.

Sarada awakened her Mangekyo Sharingan when Boruto was forced to flee the Leaf Village. With it, she unlocked Ohirume, a technique that summons multiple orbs that create a strong gravitational force. He can now destroy the Sentient God Tree by pulling them into a ball and causing their body to implode. As strong as Sarada has become, she will need to upgrade her Mangekyo to keep from going blind.

Himawari Uzumaki

Himawari inherited the Byakugan from Hinata, meaning she can see the chakra circulation system and strike his chakra points with perfect accuracy. She also seems to have inherited Naruto's life force and chakra. The synergy between her Uzumaki and Hyuga blood is the main reason the Nine-Tails resurrected in Himawari. Not only has Himawari become a Jinchuriki, but she is already on her way to becoming one of the most powerful Jinchuriki in the franchise.

Himawari has already become a Perfect Jinchuriki, meaning she has access to the Tailed Beast's immense chakra, but can draw more of his power since they are compatible. She can now use the Jinchuriki transformation, which increases her strength and speed to the point where she can fight Jura, the strongest of the Tree Sentient Deities. Himawari can also produce a Tailed Beast Ball, meaning she now has the power to destroy an entire village with a single attack.

Kawaki

Kawaki is a modified Otsutsuki-cyborg who was destined to become Isshiki Otutsuki's perfect vessel. It can be argued that Kawaki is now just as powerful as Jigen, one of the few characters to defeat Naruto. He can change his physiology thanks to the microscopic ninja science tools in his body. As a result, Kawaki can create large claws and biological arm cannons that produce deadly energy blasts.

Kawaki still has access to Isshiki's power through the karma restored by Amado, and has essentially become a full Otsutsuki as a result. Not only are all of Kawaki's physical abilities enhanced, he can fly and use the Kokugan Eyepiece Kekkei Genkai. Kawaki can use Sukunahikona god-level Shinjutsu to shrink and then enlarge objects whenever he wants, and can store things in the pocket dimension. Kawaki can wipe out Claw Grimes with ease and probably would have destroyed Jura if not for his insane regeneration.

Boruto Uzumaki

Boruto is the main focus of the New Era, so it's no wonder he followed in his father's footsteps and became one of the strongest ninjas in the world. After training with Sasuke and Koji Kashin for the better part of three years, Boruto has become a master swordsman who can easily defeat Claw Grimes as if they were fodder soldiers. He has also mastered his own version of the Flying Thunder God Technique, which allows him to instantly teleport between designated locations.

Boruto can use virtually every new variant of the Rasengan, including the “Uzuhiko” Rasengan, which uses planet rotation and chakra to imbue the jutsu with unlimited power. At maximum power, Boruto's Uzuhiko is a sure kill technique that will tear someone's body apart. If that wasn't enough, Boruto has access to Momoshiki Otsutsuki's chakra through Karma. With this power, Boruto can not only fight Otsutsuki-level threats, but can single-handedly destroy a village.
