Crimson Desert studio Pearl Abyss discusses its plans to continue updating the game based on player demand, while calling this strategy a good way to promote the game outside of traditional marketing. The focus on “player first” updates has seen the company prioritize feedback directly from fans and focus on the biggest areas that need tweaks or focus. With the major issues now resolved, Pearl Abyss was able to provide fans with a proper content schedule Crimson Deserthighlighting things the studio is working on over the next few months. While the studio has confirmed a larger DLC expansion is in development, not much else is known. For now, the studio is working to continue improving the game's story, adding cross-save features, and adding more improvements to Re-Blockade and non-combat content. Damiane and Oongka, the alternate playable characters, are also awaiting further improvements and modifications to make them more viable in the game.
