How to get exotic jobs in Destiny 2

Exotic orders in Fate 2 will reward you with an Exotic Catalyst and will quickly become a meta for the many new Catalysts added to the game with Monument of Triumph. However, you may want to know how to get exotic orders and how to increase your chances of getting them, which we will explain below.

You can find the Seasonal HUB in the Director. When you click on the Seasonal HUB, you will see your active orders on the left. When you complete regular active orders you have a chance to get a legendary order and if you complete a legendary order you have a chance to get an exotic order.

The more normal active commands you complete, the higher your chance of getting a legendary command. The more legendary orders you complete, the higher your chance of getting an exotic order! The orders are fairly simple, so just read them and see what you need to do, which usually involves killing enemies with specific abilities or weapons.

You can actively If this is something you don't want, replace the commands with Glimmer. This also works for Legendary Orders and Exotic Orders.

I like to farm for exotic orders in Shuro-Chi in The Last Wish Raid. You can increase chances of getting exotic orders by reaching rank 17, rank 27 and then rank 37 in Triumphant Reward Pass. Each rank increases the chance that your orders will upgrade to a higher rarity when completed.

When you have an exotic order, it will usually require a more demanding request. However, you can replace the Exotic Order and try to choose something simpler. Farming exotic orders in Expert Vanguard Ops (on private matchmaking) is always the way to go.

Once the exotic order is complete, go to the season HUB and you can click on the exotic payout at the bottom of the active orders. An exotic payout will give you an exotic catalyst for one of the many weapons that got one in Monument of Light!
