The biggest accessory is of course the Chain Spear. At first glance, it looks like just another melee weapon, but id Software has designed it as a completely new combat system. For example, the Spear has unique skill trees for each of its active abilities, such as Stab, Slash, Slam, Throw, and Orbit.
