Pikachu LEGO Minifig with classic inspirations seen for the first time

A LEGO Pikachu minifigure appeared online in early July 2026 via a real-life photo. The image shows a simple, smiling Pikachu figure whose design is largely based on the character's late 90s anime appearance, with a rounder and more compact body than the modern version of the mascot. The figure is molded into an upright pose with the small front paws pressed against the chest in a neutral stance. His black-tipped ears and lightning-bolt tail complete the recognizable silhouette, though the proportions look deliberately toy-like and more chibi-esque than completely accurate. The discovery of the photo echoes an earlier leak of the March 2026 LEGO Eevee minifigure.

While LEGO Pokemon leaks have been plentiful in the first half of 2026, none identifying any other set to include Pikachu or Eevee minifigures. This does not necessarily mean that the characters will never appear in another, cheaper set. However, LEGO may be delaying their release through more affordable products. With the current lack of leaks pointing to such sets, Iconic Trainer Moments: Poke Ball could be the only way to get your hands on a LEGO Pikachu or Eevee minifigure until at least 2027.
