One piece 1133 recently dropped and it's safe to say that this week's chapter might just be the chapter of the year for fans. The story has undoubtedly delivered some fantastic chapters throughout 2024, and as the year draws to a close, now is the time for fans to look back at the fantastic content Oda has delivered throughout the year.

While most fans would have decided on their favorite chapters of the year by now, Oda completely flipped the script by dropping One piece 1133 and it's clear to fans that this chapter has some of the best moments of the entire series. With a reunion that left fans sobbing, as well as exploring Elbaf's grandeur, One piece Chapter 1133 was an absolute delight for fans.

The new Robin Flashback added more depth to the character

Much to the surprise of fans, One piece Chapter 1133 gave them another look at Nico Robin's flashback. You can't say Nico Robin's flashback is one of the best One pieceif not the best. This story was introduced to fans in the Water 7 Saga of One piecewhere Robin was the central character. Robin's entire past has been revealed to all fans and it's safe to say that this is one of the most tragic and heart-wrenching stories Oda has written. One piece and also one of the best One piece had to offer. Oda decided to extend it further inward One piece chapter 1133.

Why do I have to go on living? – Robin

As shown in the chapter, Nico Robin continued her journey after the tragic events of Ohara, and it's safe to say that journey was more painful and tragic than fans could have imagined. Robin was clearly depressed and suicidal after the destruction of Ohara. Fans also saw mass propaganda playing against Robin, led by the World Government. Robin was painted as a criminal who was directly responsible for the destruction of Ohara and more specifically for the sinking of the civilian ship that Akainu destroyed. People were told that Robin would kill them in their sleep and that he was a demon with no human emotions. This strategy clearly worked because quite a few people ended up betraying Robin. Robin hasn't found any allies over the years, which just goes to show that the vast majority of people she interacted with never trusted her to begin with.

Robin was forced to survive and live off scraps. This eventually led her to contemplate suicide, as shown in a chapter where she even prepared to jump off a cliff and end her life. Fortunately, Robin never went ahead with this plan, and her survival consisted solely of having Saul's words ringing in her head over and over again. Robin knew that she had to live for herself, for the people of Ohara, and to fulfill her dream sometime in the future. Those were the only reasons why Robin didn't kill herself, and it was a very tragic twist for fans One piece. For an 8-year-old to be ostracized, shunned by the world, and driven to suicide is truly heartbreaking. Oda knows how to tug at the heartstrings of fans and he did it once again One piece chapter 1133 in a brilliant way.

The build up was absolutely perfect for the series to move towards the eventual reunion between Saul and Robin later in the chapter and fans were really pleased with what they saw in this week's chapter. One piece.

Elbaf's exploration continues in one piece 1133

One Piece chapter 1133 also continued to explore Elbaf. As fans know, the exploration of Elbaf is just beginning. It was clearly shown in the previous chapter that the Straw Pirates have now reached the second level of Elbaf, which is known as the Sun World. The solar world is unlikely to be fully explored.

This is because it consists of countless villages that the Straw Hats will pass through for months at a time. Elbaf is a really huge country, so the vast majority of the action in this country is likely to take place in a few villages. For the moment, the most important village is Dorry and Brogy, and it was here that the exploration continued One piece chapter 1133 as well.

Fans were introduced to other forms of Island Clouds, and ships were seen sailing across the sky using these clouds. Robin and Saul meet again after 22 years

One piece 1133 felt like a short chapter, but it was an emotional chapter. The best part of the chapter came towards the end when Robin and Saul were reunited. It was clear that Oda would call back how Saul first met Robin here as well. The reintroduction of Saul was similar to how he was first introduced to Robin and definitely touched the hearts of fans.

Meanwhile, Robin couldn't hold back her tears either. She first heard of Ohara's death and destruction from Saul, but her only interest was in getting praise from him for surviving so long. Saul gave her what she wanted and was delighted to be reunited with her. Both Saul and Robin burst into tears and let each other know how much they miss being together. Straw Hat Pirates were moved to tears as well and this truly phenomenal chapter, which, although quite short, shot fans up the list of the best One piece chapters of the year.

Hopefully, Oda will follow this up in the next few weeks and give One Piece a proper conclusion in 2024. Unfortunately, One piece will be on hiatus next week which means fans will have to wait 2 weeks for the next chapter to appear.
