Aaron Paul and Laura Bailey star in a new game together

Veteran video game voice actress Laura Bailey and Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul joins forces Sendan upcoming superhero response center title. Bailey and Paul were among many special guests at The Game Awards 2024, a blockbuster event that honored the biggest and best titles of the year while looking to the future. Other big names included the legendary Hideo Kojima, Remedy Entertainment Creative Director Sam Lake, Snoop Dogg and even the original Indiana Jones actor Harrison Ford, who took the stage next to him Indiana Jones and the Great Circle star Troy Baker.

Aaron Paul was also confirmed for The Game Awards 2024 shortly before the show aired on December 12. Paul is best known for his breakout role as troubled meth dealer Jesse Pinkman in Breaking Badwith his only video game-related performance now being Live in 2014 Need for Speed film and the 2016 animated film Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy 15. In contrast, Laura Bailey has had a long and illustrious career as a video game voice actress, with some of her more recent roles being the vengeful Abby in The last of us part 2 and Mary Jane Watson in Insomniac-developed Marvel's Spider-Man series.

Aaron Paul and Laura Bailey took to the Game Awards 2024 stage together to exchange some playful banter before revealing their new collaboration: Sendan interactive adventure game developed by AdHoc Studio (founded by several Telltale Games alumni). Paul voices Robert Robertson, a former superhero forced into early retirement when his armored suit is destroyed in battle. He is soon recruited to operate the phones at a superhero control room where former supervillains seek redemption. That's easier said than done, though, as Robert has to deal with the pitfalls of interacting with this band of misfits while making sure they save the day.

game room, Send is a narrative adventure title in which the player shapes Robert's story and relationships through dialogue options. He also needs to guide the SDN heroes to where they are needed by clicking on that character's profile and dragging them to the designated prompt box. However, if there is an overlap between the two heroes' patrols, it could lead to them interfering with each other's missions and potentially increasing tension between an already dysfunctional team.

Aaron Paul and Laura Bailey aren't the only big names they're linked to Sendas the game features an all-star cast of notable video game actors and Hollywood artists. This includes Bailey's A critical role starring Travis Willingham and Matthew Mercer, Hades 2 actress Erin Yvette and Cyberpunk 2077is Alanah Pearce. Internet personalities Jacksepticeye, Charles “MoistCr1TiKaL” White and music group THOT SQUAD, as well as actors Lance Canstopolis, Joel Haver and Batman and What if from Marvel star Jeffrey Wright will also appear.
