Management has a wide variety of achievements/trophies for players to collect. Some will come naturally through the main story of the game. This includes completing main story missions, gaining certain abilities, and obtaining a service weapon. Other achievements/trophies will require more effort.
Players should start alerting and countermeasures early so it doesn't turn into a big grind. Players will also want to mark where all the hidden locations are in the game so that they don't have to go through the entire map after completing the game. For anyone asking, “Do facilitation function block achievements/trophies?” take comfort in the knowledge that you don't.

Astral construction
Create a weapon or mod form
As players progress through the game, they will find numerous checkpoints. Players can use these checkpoints to craft. Players will need enough materials to craft, but once they have enough, they can be unlocked by crafting a new form of weapon or mod.
Non-standard edition
Upgrade any weapon form to level 3
Players will collect different kinds of resources throughout the game. These can be used to level up their weapons. Collect these resources and then use checkpoints to upgrade any of the game's weapons to level 3.
Career development
Unlock all 3 Personal Mod slots
As players progress through the game by completing missions, ability points will accrue. Players will be able to spend these skill points on checkpoints. Once they invest enough, their third person mod slot becomes available – unlocking this achievement/trophy.

There are 18 side missions in the base game. To unlock it, players will need to complete 5 of these missions.

There are 18 side missions in the base game. To unlock it, players will have to complete 10 of these missions.

There are 18 side missions in the base game. To unlock it, players will need to complete 15 of these missions.
Paranatural collection
Collect over 100,000 resources
A resource is a resource that is dropped by defeated enemies. Players unlock it by simply defeating enemies and collecting Resources. Players can speed this up by deconstructing mods they don't want for an extra resource.
Interdimensional defender
Killed 1000 Hiss
Each time the player kills a hiss, it will continue. Players will encounter Hiss while moving around the game world. So traveling on foot instead of fast traveling will mean more enemies.
Parautilitarian
Unlock 1 Ability Upgrade
Players will earn skill points for completing missions and discovering hidden locations throughout the game. Spend any ability point to unlock it.
Expert parautility
Unlock 50% skill upgrade
This is unlocked by progressing through the game and spending earned skill points. There are many different abilities and players will become much stronger as they invest their ability points.
Master parautilitarian
Unlock 100% Ability Upgrades
Players who only have the base version of the game will need to discover each hidden location and complete each mission to have enough skill points. However, the game's DLC packs offer additional ability points that allow players to get enough of those points without having to search every hidden location in the main game or complete every side mission.
Insular telekinesis
Gain the shield ability
You get this power by completing the side mission called Good Defense. Jess gains new abilities by interacting with mysterious items of power.
Moving positions
Gain the ability to escape
You get this power by completing a side mission called A Merry Chase. One of the things players may not know about controls is that some abilities can be completely overlooked. Evade is extremely useful and players will want to add it sooner rather than later.
Psychic profession
Gain the ability to grasp
You get this power by completing the side mission called A Captive Audience.
Ritualistic thinking
Clear 5 checkpoints
As players explore new areas, they discover new checkpoints. These are the places where players will spend their resources and fast travel between them. Clear 5 of them to unlock.

Clear 10 checkpoints
Clear 10 checkpoints to unlock.
Pattern discrimination
Clear 25 checkpoints
Clear 25 checkpoints to unlock.
A strange collection
Collect 40 collectibles
There are a staggering 250 collectibles to find. This includes case files, multimedia and more. Players will find them scattered throughout the game. Collect 40 of these collectibles to unlock.
Keeper of records
Collect 80 collectibles
Collect 80 collectibles to unlock.
Office archivist
Collect 120 collectibles
Collect 120 collectibles to unlock. That being said, there are 250 collectibles and most players will get it simply by playing the game and checking around the corners.

A cognitive intruder
Impress 10 enemies with the Seize ability
Successfully use the Seize ability on 10 enemies who are low on health.
Unstable matter
Kill 50 enemies using the launch ability
Use the Launch ability to kill 50 enemies to unlock.
Volatile debris
Kill 10 enemies with the Shield Burst Ability
Use skill points to unlock the “Shield Barrage” upgrade. This will allow Jess to hurl the accumulated debris at enemies to damage and kill them. Kill 10 enemies with this powerup.
Correct handling procedures
Use Launch to throw a grenade or rocket
Players will need to unlock the “Launch Explosives” upgrade to launch explosives back at enemies. When you see an enemy capable of using grenades or rockets, wait for them to do so, then use Launch to grab them and send them directly at them.

Complete 5 countermeasures on the board
You can have 3 countermeasures active at any time. Players can get them at checkpoints. Complete their conditions and collect new ones until you complete 5 of them.
Astral Tactician
Complete 25 countermeasures on the board
Complete a total of 25 countermeasures from checkpoints. Controls can be a tedious game as it is. Postponing countermeasures until the end will make things a real hit.
First On the scene
Complete 1 Bureau Alert
Players will receive notifications that appear randomly on the screen. Head to the area the alert is coming from and complete it to unlock it. There is a limited amount of time to respond to and complete each alert.
