Hamura Otsutsuki
Hamura Otsutsuki is the younger brother of Hagoromo and is one of the most powerful characters that existed in the world of Naruto. Hamura fought against his mother Kaguya Otsutsuki as she wanted to reclaim all the chakra from those on Earth and rule as sole sovereign. Hamura faced Kaguya in a lunar battle and eventually defeated her with the help of his brother. He is one of the most underrated characters in the entire series.
Hamura wielded the power of the Tenseigan and in addition to that he also possessed the Six Paths Senjutsu. With all these powers combined, Hamura was able to subdue Kaguya to a great extent and then take care of her sealed body on the moon.
Asura Otsutsuki
Asura Otsutsuki he was Hagoromo's youngest son and definitely one of the most interesting characters in the entire series. Asura was not born with great strength, but he had tremendous vitality. As Hagoromo searched for a true successor, Asura was the one who eventually emerged victorious and was gifted with immense power by the sage.
This power made him so strong that he could rival the Gods of the Naruto world. In fact, in the battle against Indra Otsutsuki, Asura was able to completely overpower him, making him one of the few individuals to defeat Otsutsuki in the world of Naruto and Boruto. Unfortunately, his full power was never seen, but if Naruto was anything to go by, he had to be a monster.
Boruto Uzumaki
In the new era of Shinobi, Boruto Uzumaki he is one of the strongest characters out there and is certainly a threat to the likes of Otsutsuki. Boruto alone carries the power of Otsutsuki in Momoshiki. Before Momoshiki fell, Boruto Uzumaki paved the way for him to be defeated. It was he who delivered the final blow to Momoshiki with the Vanishing Rasengan, killing him outright in the process.
Before his death occurred, Momoshiki marked Boruto with karma, allowing him to be reincarnated. Since then, Boruto has gotten even stronger, to the point where he can now compete with the vast majority of the Otsutsuki in the story and even win.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is an incredibly powerful ninja who wields the power of the Six Paths. As an adult, Sasuke has enough strength to rival Otsutsuki, as was clearly seen when he fought Kinshiki and later Momoshiki. In the battle against Momoshiki Otsutsuki, Sasuke Uchiha showed his true strength and without him it would be impossible to defeat such a scourge as him.
Sasuke's contribution to the fight against Momoshiki was absolutely huge. While never defeating the Otsutsuki in a one-on-one battle, Sasuke pushed them back on multiple occasions and completely crushed them in a collective effort.

Millenia ago, she came to Earth alongside Isshiki Otsutsuki with the goal of creating chakra fruits there and turning it into one of the Otsutsuki colonies. However, Kaguya eventually betrayed Isshiki and completely destroyed him, leaving him on the brink of death. She then proceeded to take over Earth and consume the Chakra Fruit for herself.

Kaguya became incredibly attached to Earth, even going so far as to fall in love with a human and father children with him. This basically gave rise to the shinobi species on planet earth. Meanwhile, Isshiki Otsutsuki survived through a monk named Jigen, who then returned to Boruto series, serving as one of the main antagonists. As for Kaguya, she was eventually sealed away by her two children, Hagoromo and Hamura, after being corrupted by all the power she absorbed. Years later, in the Fourth Great Ninja War, Kaguya Otsutsuki was brought back by Black Zetsu and this time she was sealed by none other than the team effort of Naruto and Sasuke.

Hagoromo Otsutsuki
Known as the Sage of the Six Paths, Hagoromo Otsutsuki he is one of the strongest characters in the entire franchise, if not the strongest. Born the first son of Kaguya, Hagoromo was incredibly special. He was the only individual born with the Rinnegan, and in addition, he also had access to the powerful abilities of the Six Paths.
Hagoromo's powers were such that they were immediately classified as Kekkei Mora, as were Kaguya's abilities. He fought against his mother alongside his brother and did incredibly well in this fight. With help from Hamura, he also managed to seal away Kaguya Otsutsuki and then became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki himself, gaining even more power. He has been able to defeat the vast majority of Otsutsuki that exist in the universe, and that is what makes him a truly exceptional fighter.
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki he has fought Otsutsuki on many occasions, and of all the characters that exist in the series, he has defeated most of them. The first Otsutsuki that Naruto fought and defeated was Kaguya. In the Fourth Great Ninja War, Naruto took up arms against her and, with the help of Team 7, was able to successfully subdue her in battle. He then fought Toneri Otsutsuki during the void period on the moon. Despite losing most of his powers in this battle, he was able to completely overpower him and defeat him for good.
Naruto also fought Momoshiki Otsutsuki years later as the Seventh Hokage. Again, despite not having access to about half of his powers, he completely overpowered Momoshiki in battle, eventually paving the way for defeat. Eventually, Naruto fought Isshiki Otsutsuki and used the power of Baryon Mode to completely overpower him, leading to his eventual death. Of all the characters that exist in the world of Naruto, Otsutsuki is the most effective killer that exists. For now, Naruto Uzumaki remains sealed away, but he will eventually return to the story and possibly continue to fight other Otsutsuki, giving fans more exciting battles where he will crush them and make them even stronger.
