For many years, various events related to video games have been held every month. Since GDC conferences such as GDC after great conventions such as Gamescom or Pax, something is always happening.

2025 Calendar for the release of video games
2025 is formed as one of the biggest years in the history of video games -it is all that we know about data about the game release next year.
Updated 1 June 2025, Paul Woodward: Summer is an exciting time for industry and players. This is usually the period of the year when various games are announced and upcoming games are getting updates from developers. Instead of E3, publishers and developers now have their own special events where they focus on their upcoming titles. In addition to the Summer Games Fest, there will also be a show of Xbox and a PC game show at about the same time.

January 2025 action
Several major events take place at the beginning of this year. The first was a consumer entertainment show (aka CES), which took place from 5 to 10 January. The second event is the 14th annual New York Game Awards Awards on January.

February 2025 events
There are not many events in February, with the exception of the DICE Summit 2025, the main event for professional game developers. This event also includes the award ceremony of the DICE Awards. Steam Next Fest at the end of the month will give players a chance to try demos of upcoming games.

Like February, March is a much more professional developer of the game than later months. When it comes to coverage, you will often find recordings of panels and workshops from GDC in places like YouTube. Action 2025
In addition to some smaller events around the world, two well -known events take place in April. The first is the BAFTA GAME AWARDS Awards and later the second year of Gamescom Latam later in the month.
