However, the device is huge, and with all the clutter and Raptidons scattered around, finding the ID can be a bit of a problem. In this one Outer worlds 2 guide, we will show you all the locations of the Armorial ID cards as well as the rewards you will get for completing this quest.
Where to find all armor IDs in The Outer Worlds 2
You can find the ID of the protectorate armory at corpses of fallen Protectorate soldiers inside Skycutter A102. The first can be found next to a locked chest that requires five IDs to open, and the first is on a body right next to the chest itself. All you have to do now is find the rest. You don't have to rely on any skills or qualities to do this, just your own perception.
Collect the Skycutter Entry Key from the body next to the chest, then return to the locked door near the way you came. Use the key to open that door and then get ready to search.
Protectorate Armory ID #2
The second ID is on body on the first floor of the Skycutter facility – exit the previously sealed door that you opened with the entry key and jump out of the window. The body is to the right of the large elevator shaftand it's guarded by several watchtowers and automechs, so you better prepare for a big fight. Use shock or corrosive damage if you can and try not to eat too many bullets that come your way.
Protectorate Armory ID #3
The third ID is several levels higher than the first. Fight your way to the upper floors until you encounter two Raptidon hunters. Take them out and then climb the ladder in the picture above.
You should see a bloodstain on the floor, and just behind it you'll find a third body leaning against the railing next to a pillar.
Protectorate Armory ID #4
The fourth ID is on the sixth level of the Skycutter device. From the location of the previous ID, head up the stairs and suspended platforms until you reach a comically long ladder leading to the sixth floor. You'll find an elevator here, and right next to it is a fourth body containing a protectorate gun pass and a key to the elevator itself. Getting these items and using the elevator will trigger a Raptidon ambush.
Protectorate Armory ID #5
The fifth and final ID is at the very top of the Skycutter facility. Take the elevator to the seventh floor and go out the door there. The last corpse can be found on the balcony – in addition to the ID, the body also has instructions on how to turn off the Skycutter's power. Communicate with a nearby terminal, then turn off the power. This allows you to grab the Thunderstruck legendary melee weapon from the electrified web next to the corpse.

After collecting all the IDs, go back to the chest on the first floor. Open it and find the following:

Thunderstruck is the most massive reward you'll get for this quest, especially if you're running a melee build. It is a two-handed melee weapon unleashes electric shockwaves with every heavy melee attack. You basically get a ranged weapon with infinite ammo from this quest, though without the right perks and skills it's very slow to fire.
