The first and most common item players can find are Cheesy Poofs, a healing item that can be found as ground loot and in chests. Cheesy Poofs can heal up to 300 total healthbut don't allow players to refill their shields. Players can heal themselves by equipping an item and holding down the shoot button.
Players can too use Cheesy Poofs to heal teammates for 10 health each by throwing a handful of an item using the aim button. This also doubles as a weapon, allowing players to deal 10 damage per roll to enemies.
Kenny's Respawn Token
Kenny's Respawn Token is a mythic item that seems incredibly rare at the moment. When picked up, it takes up its own dedicated slot in the player's inventory and activates once the holder is removed. upon elimination, the player will be rebooted with Kenny's token without needing to be revived with the Reboot Vanalthough the item will be consumed in the process.
At the moment, the surest way to get Kenny's Respawn Token is from care packages that appear during the Care Package Rift Anomaly. However, players can too find the token in the chests along with completing the Chaosblast minigame in Cartmanlandthough obtaining an item this way is incredibly rare.

The Stick of Truth is the rarest item of the three, with players often going through many games without finding one. That's why the item is actually a rift anomaly that occurs randomly in the game.
When the Stick of Truth Rift Anomaly appears, the item will spawn at a designated location on the map. The player who finds and uses the item it sets up a final safe zone in the location where they invoked it. Once you do, the following will happen:
