Players find the temple tofukuji in Hills of Meeting in Yamashiro Province in Assassin's Creed Shadows. To get to the temple, players must head south of Kyoto, get across the bridge and go over the bridge. The temple is located on the top of the hill, so players will have to climb a little to reach it.
