One of the new Pokemon introduced in this expansion is Hydrapple, a second stage for Dipplin, the new Applin evolution introduced in The Teal Mask DLC. If you want to get this colorful dragon, keep on reading this guide!

How To Get Dragon Cheer

To get a Hydrapple, you will need two things; a Pokemon named Dipplin, and the TM226, called Dragon Cheer. To get a Dipplin, it’s worth remembering that you can’t find it in the wild, and instead, you must evolve an Applin.

Now, getting the TM will involve progressing into the DLC main story, since it comes as a reward for beating Elite Four Drayton. Once you beat him fair and square, he will give you this TM, and from then on you’ll also be able to craft it.
