MasterChef star wows in bikini pic

Former MasterChef Australia judge Melissa Leong has shared a stunning bikini photo as she embarks on a health and fitness overhaul.

The TV personality posted a picture of herself in a strapless bikini on Instagram Stories as she visited Nimbus Co.’s wellness studio. in Melbourne.

In a mirror selfie, the 42-year-old posed next to a cold bath in a plush studio that specializes in temperature contrast therapy.

In a separate post, Leong explained to her followers that she plans to get back to proper diet and exercise after spending the past few weeks on a sweet tooth.

“Three consecutive weeks of eating cake, ice cream and chocolate was fun. Time to get back to training!” she captioned another of herself with a towel over her shoulder about to enter an ice bath.

Coincidentally, Leong is set to appear in an upcoming SBS documentary series Hospital: Into the deep endwhich will be broadcast on June 6.

Along with Gardening Australia host Costa Georgiadis and actor Samuel Johnson, Leong will be pushed out of her comfort zone as she spends a week on the front line at one of the country’s busiest hospitals, St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney.

Leong will be staffed by hospital staff in the emergency department of St. Vincent – her own mother also worked as a nurse unit manager in a hospital emergency room for decades.

The famous culinary critic will also spend time in the neurosurgery department, where she will learn what it takes to successfully perform an operation.

“If you’re a curious person like me, being invited to go behind the scenes of one of Australia’s most famous – and busiest – hospitals is a once-in-a-lifetime gift,” Leong said in a press release.

“My week at St Vincent’s is now a lifetime memory full of extraordinary people; doctors, nurses and patients. I hope Hospital: Into the deep end gives viewers a new perspective on services that we – and those we love – will all have a personal experience with at some point in our lives.”

Leong announced her departure from MasterChef Australia last October to “broaden” and “develop” her career.

Later this year, she is also scheduled to appear in season 2 of Ten’s Food, Dessert Masters Australiawhich she will manage together with pastry chef Amaury Guichon.
