Adele loses it on stage: ‘Are you f**king stupid?’

Singer Adele blasted an apparently homophobic hacker during a recent show in Las Vegas, with the star caught on video asking: “Are you fucking stupid?”

The Rolling in the deep singer was performing the latest show in her permanent Weekends With Adele Vegas residency when she wished those in attendance a happy Pride Month.

Adele’s last performances fell on the start of Pride, which is celebrated every year in June.

But one heckler was clearly none too pleased with the chant and yelled “f**k Pride!” from the audience.

Adele soon trusted the unknown hacker.

“You came to my damn show and said Pride sucks?” she asked to massive cheers from the audience.

“Are you bloody stupid? Don’t be so damn funny. If you have nothing nice to say, shut up. Fine?”

Adele’s Vegas residency starts in November 2022, with the 100-show engagement set to end in November of this year.

The ever-outspoken singer has made headlines several times with her antics on stage: during a show in October 2023, she told the audience that she had recently quit drinking for good.

“I stopped drinking… maybe three and a half months ago,” she revealed.

“It’s boring. I mean, oh my god, it’s boring. I was literally a borderline alcoholic for a lot of my twenties, but I miss it so much. I cut out the caffeine [too]. So enjoy your whiskey sour. I’m very, very jealous,” she told an audience member.

Last August, she called security at her own concert for “disrupting” a fan who was dancing at a show.

“Why are you all harassing him? Can you leave him alone, please?” Adele asked her security team in a clip that went viral on social media.

“They won’t bother you anymore, dear. You enjoy the show. Leave him alone.”

Although a huge success, Adele’s residency got off to a dramatic start when she pulled the pin on her planned start date in January 2022 – just hours before the first show was due to begin.

The star posted an emotional video message to fans on social media, telling them the show just “wasn’t ready”.

“We have been absolutely devastated by delivery delays and Covid,” she explained at the time.

“We’ve been up for over 30 hours trying to figure it out and we’re running out of time. I’m so upset and I’m really embarrassed and I’m so sorry to everyone who traveled.”

It would be another 11 months until the show finally opened at Las Vegas’ Caesars Palace.
