UFC boss Dana White’s insane body transformation after ‘10 years to live’ diagnosis

Dana White has shown off his incredible body transformation after shedding over 18kg to improve his health.

The 54-year-old UFC president was told in 2022 that he only had 10 years to live after a “life-threatening alarm”.

And his latest Instagram share, White posed with his new figure – sporting a six-pack and bulging biceps.

He captioned the photo he shared: “Today marks 2 years since I started my healthy journey with @garybrecka thank you for changing my life my brother!!! I feel amazing and thank you @kerrikasem for connecting us. @10xhealthsystem.”

Another image showed White in 2022 with a rounder frame.

White was awakened by wellness podcaster Gary Brecka, who passed on tips to Cristiano Ronaldo.

Speaking to The Diary Of A CEO, Brecka explained how White’s blood results triggered the middle-of-the-night alert.

And he immediately hopped on a plane to meet with the head of the UFC and tell him the “cataclysmic results.”

Brecka revealed that White wanted to know his life expectancy, which led the biologist to run the tests.

Blood samples were sent to the lab and his triglyceride levels were almost 800.

“Triglycerides are a measure of fat in the blood and should not be higher than 149 – two or three hundred is the ‘cataclysmic level,’ but his was 768,” Brecka explained.

He flew to White and told him that his life expectancy, based on blood tests and medical records from the last decade, was only 10.4 years.

White was on seven medications, three for blood pressure, and had “high cholesterol levels.”

He was also pre-diabetic and insulin resistant.

“I said to Dana, ‘I’m amazed you can sleep at night without waking up suffocated and gasping,'” Brecka said.

“I’m surprised it doesn’t hurt to bend over and tie my shoes.

“Your level of brain fog and fatigue must be at a crushing level – I’m surprised you can remember anything.”

Brecka said White replied, “I’m on a CPAP machine. I wake up every night and throw up in the middle of the night.

“I’m throwing up so much I’m losing my voice.”

A CPAP machine is a therapeutic method used to help people sleep by using pressurized air waves.

White’s UFC employees said he was forgetful, passing out during meetings and falling asleep on planes.

Brecka explained how he wrote a strict ketogenic diet for White and told the UFC boss he couldn’t eat anything that wasn’t on the list.

He also balanced his hormones, controlled his glycemic index and used amino acids to lower triglycerides.

“He lost 28 to 30 pounds in 10 weeks and is over 40 pounds [down] now,” Brecka said.

“By the end of the fifth month, he was off all prescription drugs.

“He is no longer pre-diabetic, his triglycerides are normal, and his kidney and liver function has improved.

“He feels like a 35-year-old again. His blood pressure has normalized and he is not taking any medication.

“It almost tripled life expectancy – just under 30 years.”

The biologist added: “Dana said ‘I didn’t know I could feel this good – I feel amazing’.”
