- Apogek Shrine puzzle solution
Shrines in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Realm continue to impress and surpass those of the previous game. Apogek Shrine is no exception as it plays perfectly with the physics of the Zonai Wing devices.
This shrine is located south of the Zora Domain, on a ledge that hangs over the edge halfway up the Ja’Abu Ridge. The only things you’ll need for this shrine are Ultrahand and Ascend. The last part of this shrine comes in a few ways to complete, so feel free to mess around with whichever way you find more fun.
Location of Apogek Shine
Sanctuary of Apogek is past the south side of the eastern reservoir lake of the Zora domain. Since it is quite out of the way, it is difficult to get to unless you are was in the Water Temple in the Sky.
The exact coordinates for Apogek Shinre are 3887, -0217, 0164
We recommend that you go to Ihen’s Shrine in the Zora Domain, up in the Mipha Courtyard, to reach this shrine with ease.
Since you will start from a high position, you will have easily get over the tank and beyond.
You can approach from the south if you’ve climbed Mount Lanayru, but even that could pose problems if you haven’t ventured there yet.
Apogek Shrine puzzle solution
When you enter the shrine, you will see a a small orange orb and some Zonai wings flying horizontally across the room. The solution to the first puzzle is get one of those Zonai wings and flies the ball over the big gap.
Zonai wings fly from left to rightso move to the left side of the platform past the orange ball. You should be one The Zonai skirt sits on the edge on your left, on the second platform.
Grab that wing with Ultrahand and bring it across. Make sure you put it somewhere that it won’t slip and fly away.
If it is, use it Summon him to return it to you rather than waiting for another one to respawn.
Attach the ball to the center wings and wait for the path in front of you to clear. The wings come from the left will knock on you if you’re not careful.
When it is clear place it in the path and jump forward. Once it picks up speed, the wing will take off and carry you across the gap.
Pilot the wing past moving around it to turn or sink.
If a wing starts approaching you from the left, you can use Recall to send it back the way it camethus avoiding a devastating mid-air collision.
When you land, put the ball in the hole and move into the next room.
The final solution to the puzzle in the room
In the last room, you’ll see three runways and some wings taking off along the way. You can grab one wing on the right.
Take this skirt and put it on the middle runway. Jump and let it fly. You won’t get a lot of speed or lift, but you are without landing on top of the platform where the shrine ends.
Instead, you want the skirt to slide elegant below and use Ascend when you’re under a platform to get up in front of the goal.
There may be another way to solve this problem using fanshowever, this method worked perfectly for us.
