- Departure to Tarm Point Cave
- Rewards for completing True Treasure
There are many side quests The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Realm. Some will send you on a quick acquisition quest, while other quests may even send you across the realm. One quest that requires you to go on a journey is True Treasure.
This is a Zora Domain side quest that finally leads to Rauru’s Blessing Shrine. In this guide, we’ll take a look at how to fully complete this quest and what the rewards are. First, let’s see how you can take on this task.
Accepting real treasure
Before accepting True Treasure, you will need to complete Sidon of the Zora. This is a main story quest where you rid the Zora domain of goop that are everywhere. As part of the main story, this task may take some time.
After completing Sidon of the Zora, go back to Zora Domain and go to the inn. Faced with the main structure of the domain, you can find the inn on the left. In the inn you can find the last ‘room’ filled with some beds, Kodah and Kayden.
Talk to Kodah, a reddish Dawn standing against the back wall. You will get to know in a conversation with her an ancient manuscript that directs you to Tarm Point, where you can find the “blessed stone” in the shrine.
After talking to Kodah, the quest will update and the objective marker will move to Tarm Point Cave. This appears directly on your map so you don’t have to navigate there yourself.
Departure to Tarm Point Cave
Tarm Point Cave is located to northeast of Mount Lanayru. You can see its location marked for the quest on the map above.
To come here, we recommend teleporting to the Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower. From here on out slide northeast until you reach the Tarm point. The cave you will need to enter is located on the upper surface, in the middle of some ruins. Jump into that hole and you’ll find Sasan.
The cave entrance may look like a big drop from certain angles, but it’s actually a slope. You don’t have to worry about falling in and getting hurt.
Sailing with Sasan
Sasan needs help navigating the water. If you look out into the water, you’ll notice that it rises and falls, making it difficult for him to cross. Fortunately, nearby is a raft and some Korok Fronds, as well as some wooden weapons.
You will generally need to navigate the water with Sasan during this time using a Korok Frond combined with a wooden weapon to propel you forward.
they exist there are no monsters in this cave so you can give your full attention to helping Sasan.
The first step to that is picking up wooden weapons. Hold the weapon and then combine it with Korok’s leaf; it will be a fan weapon that creates gusts of wind. You’ll only need one, but you can glue leaves to both weapons just in case.
now, use your Ultrahand and place the raft in the water. Before jumping ahead, talk to Sasan and tell him you’re ready to start sailing. Sasan will jump into the seat at the back of the raft, ready for you to take him across the water.
Your destination is directly across the water, but there are some obstacles in your way. Due to rising and falling water, the stones will stick out and disappear. You will have to wait until the water is high and then quickly wave the Korok Frond weapon at the sail, takes you over the cliff.
Smaller rocks can be waded over when the water is high, however larger rocks will remain an obstacle. To turn, simply wave the leaf in the direction you want to go. If you sail over the rock just as the water is falling, there is no panic. Your abortion may be slightly curved, but just sit still until the water rises again, then sail away quickly.
Do not use Ultrahand on the raft while Sasan is on it. This will scare him and you will have to start from the beginning again.
Rewards for completing True Treasure
After crossing the water, a cutscene immediately begins, marking the end of the quest. As a reward, you will receive two Opals. It’s not much, but you’ll also be able to enter the shrine.
Yomizuk Shrine
The Yomizuk Shrine lies within the Tarm Point Cave and thankfully there is no challenge inside. This is a Rauru’s Blessing Shrine; once inside you can open a chest that will awards one diamond.
