Shusui is the only great black blade

Unlike most of the other strongest weapons in the world, the Shusui is not a top class blade. It's not far off though, as it's one of the legendary 21 Great Grade Blades that once belonged to Shimotsuki Ryuma, who is said to be the single most powerful swordsman in history and is believed to be on a similar level of power to Joyboy himself.
The real reason Shusui is stronger than Enma despite being on the same level as her is because he's a Black Blade; one of two known in the world. A black blade is basically one that is permanently infused with Haki without the user having to do it manually, making it much heavier than a normal sword and also incredibly destructive. The sword only transforms into a Black Blade after years of prolonged infusion with Haki and dedication to swordsmanship, which is why it is so rare to see.

Although it was seen in action during the Dressrosa and Reverie arcs, the truth about Yakuza Kasen was not revealed until SBS 109, where Oda officially confirmed it as one of the 12 Supreme Class Swords. Still, in terms of pure, unadulterated physical power, the Murakumogiri is arguably the most powerful weapon in all One piece. Not only is its craftsmanship and quality second to none, but its titanic size means it can only be wielded by those at the physical peak, such as Whitebeard himself.
The best display of his abilities came whenever Whitebeard fought against Roger, both of their weapons creating island waves of Conqueror's Haki. In addition, Whitebeard was even able to imbue the Murakumogiri with his Devil Fruit abilities to create powerful shockwaves that may speak to the hidden properties of these incredible weapons.

Another speculative idea behind Ace is that some fans think he may have been Black Blade due to his distinct black sheen in the same fight, although this is also unconfirmed. Over the entire setup One piecethe Kitetsu line of swords are known for being some of the most powerful weapons in the world, but they are also infamous for being cursed to bring their owners to a terrible end. The largest of these is the highest grade blade, the Shodai Kitetsu, which is strongly believed to be wielded by the elder Nusjuro.
