ARC Raiders reveals week 6 challenges

Not only is today the start of a brand new month, but Monday is also the day Embark Studios releases a new set of Trials Challenges for its successful third-person extraction shooter, ARC Raiders. Week 6 of the Trials system is now live in the game, giving ARC Raiders players a lot of new challenges to compete in and get a lot of rewards and cosmetic items. Players will have one week to rack up the highest possible score for each new challenge before the next set launches on Monday, December 8th.

As ARC Raiders The number of players continues to rise, with tons of new players heading to Topside every day for the first time. As such, there are probably some who have no idea how the Trials system works. Fortunately, it's pretty simple and a fun way for players to earn new rewards every week. Each challenge has a three-star system that allows players to obtain an Uncommon, Rare, and Epic pack depending on how many stars the player earns for the challenge. Trials also pit the community against each other on the community leaderboard. The higher an individual ranks, the more they move up the leaderboard at the end of each week, earning even more rewards such as cosmetic items.

How to complete ARC Raiders Week 6 Trials

  • Harm a hornet

  • Delivery of carriers

  • Damage rocket launchers, jumpers or bastions

  • Destroy Pops

  • Open the ARC probes

It's officially Monday December 1st, which means ARC Raiders players have a new set of trial challenges to compete in. Many of these are easy enough for experienced players, such as dealing damage to Hornets, one of the most common enemy types on all maps. Destroying pops, which can also be found on all maps, and delivering carriers. However, there are some trickier challenges this week, including one that requires players to damage Rocketeers, Leapers, or Bastions, some of the deadliest enemies in ARC Raiders. For those looking to get three stars in this specific challenge, it's best to jump into a Night Raid, as ARC enemies spawn much faster, meaning it will be easier to find one (or all) of the above ARCs.

Another trickier challenge this week is to open as many ARC Probes as possible in a single raid. Although opening the probe itself is simple, finding them is a real challenge as their number is random. However, if the players are at the right time, they can jump into one ARC Raiders' map modifiers known as Prospecting Probes. During this type of limited time raid, the number of ARC probes that spawn will increase, making this specific trial challenge much easier. This can take place on four of the game's five maps, including Dam Battlegrounds, Buried City, Blue Gate, and Spaceport.

While Trials give players a chance to earn a lot of rewards, many of them are already tired of the repetitive challenges every week. One Reddit user called the system “absolute garbage,” while another said it needed a complete overhaul. Many have pointed out that Trials is unfair to solo players, as party groups can collect points together, while those playing alone are at a huge disadvantage, making it nearly impossible to climb the leaderboards. Others also criticized Embark for reusing many of the same challenges every week, calling it “lame”.

At the time of writing, Embark has not commented on the acceptance of players into Trials, but fans will be pleased to hear that major new content is set to be released this month. According to ARC Raiders Schedule for 2025. Fans can expect to find new snow map conditions, a new event, a new Raider Deck, more quests and going on the very first expedition.
