The year is 2010 and you are playing Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. After running from a stunning horde guards, you decide to – as singular, if the legendary Assassin Ezio Auditore – to turn and face enemies. Using his assassination function on the chain, you quickly pass enemies when you stand helplessly around you until there is nothing but a pile of dead bodies. This is secrecy, or at least its version. Stealth perhaps best described as “It's secret if no one can be alive.” But this is not a secret that franchise has developed over the years, and it is not a secret in Assassin's Creed Shadows.
Really, Assassin's Creed Shadows“The stealth system is more about observing the situation, calculating movements, using the environment and being in the dark (especially when playing as NAOE). Even Yasuke, despite his character and the honest code, which forces him to scream at the enemies and face them in front of a brutal assassination, is capable of some degree of secrecy. Assassin's Creed Shadows Players are encouraged to use an observation mechanic, slow down and choose their goals as the murderer should. IN Assassin's Creed ShadowsSome enemies may survive an attempt at the assassination and instead cause so much damage. Others can directly deny the assassination. For players who do not want this function, a “guaranteed assassination” is switched in the game. However, as Lemay-Comtois said, “the NEM team urges players to try the game as intended before switching the possibility.” He and the Nine team hope that the players will be conditional instead to think about things before immersing themselves in killing. For example, the assassination for all may not be a viable method, but as players learn the game and who can be/cannot be murdered can pick up weaker goals before connecting stronger goals. They can also acquire new skills and benefits of the device to help with the assassination.

This feels more in line with Assassin's Creed Shadows“Access to secrecy. As Lemay-Comtois also added,
“Stop to think about things before you dive into killing – who are you going to take off first? What is the best attack angle? How can you get a goal to reveal yourself for this optimal attack angle? All of these things depend in Shadow's secret experience and we promise that involvement in the game under his own conditions will be for the fact that … there is always a way to overcome the challenge! ”
The keyword is a challenge and Assassin's Creed Shadows they have to embody This challenge while playing. Players like a ragtag spy network are at a disadvantage; If players simply murder all of them, it will undermine an important game feature. Instead, being smart and choosing goals feel more in line with what the murderers have always been. For those who want and/or need this important function, of course, it can be switched so that players can murder anyone and everyone. But as Lemay-Comtois encourages players to do it, involvement in the game can also go a long way.
