at startup Battlefield 6 offered a set of game modes for players to immerse themselves in, including Conquest. Consisting of two teams of 32 players each, this mode is set in expansive game maps and tasks players to gain objective points to deplete the opposing team's reinforcement tickets. While REDSEC's reception has been mixed, some believe its content could be used elsewhere.

A Battlefield fan concept suggests that Conquest will be playable on the REDSEC map
In a post on Reddit, a user known as the_shortbus_ shared his idea for adding more variety to Conquest. Specifically, a Reddit user suggested the inclusion of the REDSEC map. While they clarified that they are not saying that one game should be played in all of Fort Lyndon, it could be broken up into smaller parts. According to the player, they liked the REDSEC map but were not fans of battle royales. Adding Fort Lyndon locations to Conquest would allow more players to experience the map. In addition, they suggested that the larger areas “give the aircraft room to breathe”.
So far, this Conquest idea has caught the eye Battlefield community, with many upvotes for the post. In the comments, users shared their thoughts, with one person revealing what Fort Lyndon might look like if it were split into three smaller maps for multiplayer. Additionally, others have suggested that the Battle Royale map could be converted into something similar Battlefield 1Operation.
While the idea of creating Conquest maps from the REDSEC map has sparked community interest, some players have been skeptical about whether it could work. In particular, Reddit comments have pointed out that some of the current Conquest maps have issues that the developers still need to fix. He claims that parts of the REDSEC map would be difficult to implement because they may not be optimized for other game modes. It's worth noting that parts of the REDSEC map are already playable Battlefield 6's Portal. However, many players complained about the lag and the lack of players to fill the lobby.
It will be interesting to see what type of content will be added Battlefield 6 in the coming weeks. Despite various issues, the game continues to see a high number of players on platforms such as Steam. While players will have to wait and see if the REDSEC map ever makes it to Conquest in some capacity, they can look forward to more content on December 9th with the Winter Offensive update, which brings the Ice Lock Empire State map to the game.
