Never rest is an amazing weapon for any physical vanguard, but especially for those who primarily avoid Will. Vanguard characters will always restore SP for the team and with Never Rest equipped will trigger the weapon's passive every time. The best teams Pogranichnik v Endfield it deals primarily physical damage, so you can't go wrong using Never Rest.
Termite cutter is the closest 5-star weapon we have to Never Rest, except that it gives a general ATK boost. This means that it will also benefit characters that inflict physical conditions but deal arts damage, such as Ember.

Like Never Rest a set of boundaries is designed to improve the resulting damage of the whole team when its wearer recovers SP with one of their skills. With the effect of Frontiers Set and Never Rest, Pogranichnik will be able to significantly increase the team's DPS, especially when his own Fervent Morale buff is active.
If you haven't started crafting gold gear yet, the Catastrophe set is a decent alternative. It won't increase your team's DPS, but it will smooth out your rotation at the start of the fight while reducing downtime on Pogranichnik's Ultimate..
