Ability |
Description |
|---|---|
Ace/Fire RF |
Great as a combined finisher for any character. The the range is ridiculousand after the combination it will be almost guarantee a kill. This UR ability is otherwise too narrow to recommend. Replace SR Firaga if you don't have this one. |
Ramza/ Cheer up |
If you are going to die and you have enough courage to transfer 80 percent that you can pin your team to victory or even a boss fight, you want to have this ability. His a must for Krile and Zidane keep your team fighting to finish the boss before the enemy team. |
Selphie/Wall |
Canceling status ailments it's nice, but an 80% damage reduction is ridiculous. Every character will benefit from this launch you must have the ability to keep you alive. Use SR Barrier as a substitute if you don't have this one. |
Earth Breaker |
The range is great, the damage is low, but that's about it a necessity to break through all the obstacles you encounter throughout the match. Everyone will hit some kind of barrier and you will need a way to stop them. Even as an SR, this is a great ability to prepare. |
Hope/Renewal |
AND 100% recoverybrings you back into battle at full health. AND heal is a must in most matchupsbecause you never know if you're paired with a support player and you don't want to be stuck at 9999 courage and die because you have no health. SR Heal is a great replacementand that's it AoE healso it can be more useful to help heal yourself and your teammates. |

A cooldown that is not too long, combined with an attack that not only deals decent damage thanks to the Cloud, but also provides a short stun to continue from you or your team to close the deal. |
Meteor |
Similar to Lightning's Thunderfall, it is an A circular AoE attack that can get rid of all monsters below them crystal at once, making it a great addition to Rinoa. |
Diamond Destroyer |
UR ability that debuffs the enemy and buffs you at the same time, it's a big deal. Increase your ATK and SPD while reduction of enemies unleash deadly blows as a follow-up while they are almost immobile. |
Gachirin |
While Iroha needs both UR abilities to shine, this is her best. A great way to eliminate the enemies around the bossand to deal tons of damage in general. A high damage move with devastating consequences. |

Decent UR damage ability. A cone can capture multiple enemies at once if properly positioned. But that's all. Decently powerfulbut nothing special. |
Legend of the Deep Forest |
Continuous healing which can heal up to 300 percent/15 secondsit is the highest healing ability of aa Krile cargo clip. However, its 75 second cooldown is too long for an S-tier. |
Riot Blade |
Terra offer high damage to very distant areas. This attack has large range for keeping enemies at bay and hitting those trying to run away from you in a long line. |
Omnislash |
The classic ability returns, causing serious damage and erasing everything in its path. A well-timed Omnislash can destroy any enemy. |
Angel wing |
A powerful attack that stacks to increase Rino's ATK, this ability also fully restores her HP. If you are go see Rinoa You he should pull for that. However, you will need to increase her stats to get the most out of it. |
Grand Lethal |
Turn Zidane into a deadly powerhouse with just a 32 second cooldown. This ability of UR will cause serious damage in a cone so with good placement you can attack multiple enemies for a hefty chunk of damage on a cooldown that won't be hard to wait for. |
The fateful moment |
AND timed explosion means you can hit enemies without being close. Just make sure it goes off properly and be prepared to wait 75 seconds. That too lowers their SPD and launches them into the air for your team to complete them. |
Trigger-Happy |
Challenges AoE cone damage ability. With a 42 second cooldown, it's pretty decent. Deals enough damage eliminate the enemies under the crystal also. Overall a good supplement. |
Thunder |
AND devastating AoE attack which has the ability to destroy an entire area of monsters. In conjunction with her passivity Bright Blaze, which deals extra damage to monstersthis UR ability hits everything in a wide area for a lot of damage, proving its power. |
A book of spells |
An An AoE attack that pairs well with your main claims dealer, Ninjutsu. It is a great setup for blasting enemies into the air for a combo, but Ninjutsu is more your bread and butter. |
Fugue |
The debuffs on Fugu are greateven if they are only moderate. DEF and SPD reduction make the Fugue an amazing tool for setting up in the cone in front of you. |
Level B Abilities
Ability |
Description |
|---|---|
Sealed Sacred Light |
Krile is UR's only damaging ability, it has a decently long cooldown, it doesn't do much damage and is only really useful for escaping, but it is mostly used to destroy enemies around the crystal. |
trance (Terra) |
AND ridiculously long cooldown for UR, which will rely on you being sufficiently prepared for it they have several fire elemental abilities in your cargo. However, when you can do it, it's amazing. |
Trance (Zidane) |
Good if you can combine it with his ability, but has a long cooldown and is reliant on other options to take full advantage of. It's just a good UR ability, but not a priority for him. |
Crack shot |
Great for sequels, this UR ability lowers an enemy's DEF after dealing serious damage. The debuff is nice though scope and location for follow-up from a teammate can be difficult to coordinate. |
Army of one |
Lightning rushes forward, dealing high damage to the enemy. This is it her gap closer and a high damage attack, however she already has high mobilityand most likely it will just hack your opponent into the enemy team. |
Minwu/Teleport |
Situationally useful for everyone character with limited mobilitythis UR ability is otherwise useless and a waste of a slot that could be used for something more useful. |
