Raven Software and Treyarch have released a new update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7addresses various issues affecting players during the recent Season 3 launch. After a well-received Season 2, Treyarch and Raven Software are looking to keep the positive momentum going with the latest Season Update for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. In addition to new operators, game modes and cosmetics, the studio is also adding a remastered version of the Plaza map, originally from Black Ops 2.
Along with the new Battle Pass for Season 3 Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and plenty of new content to dive into, Treyarch is also looking to tighten the screws on cheaters even more this season. Without going into too much detail, Activision has confirmed that its Ricochet Anti-Cheat system has received updates for Season 3, adding new security measures, enhanced detection systems and updated confirmation messages to make it harder for hackers and cheaters to affect matches or other players' accounts. With the constant strengthening of security, the developers have released a new update that further improves the instant game. Black Ops 7.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 marks a drop in offerings and fans are very concerned
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is bringing back Supply Drops as part of a new event, but fans are already taking to social media to voice their concerns.
It's been a little over a week since Season 3 launched Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 and developers Treyarch and Raven Software are wasting no time fixing some of the issues currently affecting the game. In terms of multiplayer, the patch brings several fixes for Cliff Town and Beacon, closes an exploit that allowed players to leave the map, as well as collision issues that affected line of sight.
There was a UI issue with Ranked Play that prevented some camos from showing unlock requests. Additionally, there was a very specific bug that appeared when winning an Overload match in overtime with the score technically considered a tie, which ultimately resulted in the winning team losing SR.
Endgame has also been given several fixes, including one for the newly added Aether Blade ability Black Ops 7. Specifically, the first use of the Aether Blade would consume a charge even if it didn't hit the enemy. The minor ability is basically a throwing knife that runs on a charge meter where hitting 5 enemies with one throw restores some charge, so keeping that meter up is very important. Another big fix in this update is the Dark Ops “Off Meta” Calling Card, which is now properly tracked.
Finally, the other big piece of this update is with the Zombies mode. In addition to another UI fix that adds the correct preview image for Ashwood Survival save files, the second piece affects fans Black Ops 7Mule Kick Perk-a-Cola. Fully equipped, a smaller type of expansion, allows players to carry more gear, although in a strange twist, those who choose Klaus might find they can't control him. Whatever the reason, players no longer have to worry about losing control of Klaus with the Full Equipped expansion active.
