As if December 31st, 2025 or January 1st, 2026, depending on your region, wasn't already filled with a slew of gaming-related announcements, including the launch of Pokemon's 30th anniversary celebration and Persona's own 30th anniversary website, Bloober Team has decided to create and launch a new website for what we'll assume is the new game.
If you have a minute and go all the way to remosdneulserorehsoovamceyerd.com you will find a countdown that ends in 45 days, which is February 15th.
As it is, we know the tagline is “Dare to look into the darkness” and some fans think they have some idea what the URL means when you decipher things.
“Delete your old dreams, chosen seers” is a common guess among social media users right now.
As for what the game might be, that's where things get complicated. We know that Bloober was tasked with remaking the first Silent Hill after their massive success with Silent Hill 2 Remake. We also still have no decision on whether SH2 Remake will get Born From a Wish as DLC.
If it doesn't end up being SH-related, some think it could be Remothered, a remake of Eternal Darkness, or a sequel to The Darkness that we haven't seen since 2012.
The best horror games are cheap crap
The indie game giants have the best scares money can buy – and it's not a lot of money.
Either way, it ensures that February is going to be one month packed with not only game releases, but announcements as well.
Take it easy in January because February is going to be busy
Before we get into the games, it's worth noting that this countdown will end on February 15th, Pokemon will officially turn 30 on February 27th, and there will definitely be another Persona 30th Anniversary website update sometime in the month.
As for the games, well, where do we begin? Dragon Quest 7 Reimagined will start the month on February 5th and Resident Evil Requiem will close the month on February 27th.
But in between all of that, you're looking at another My Hero Academia game in the form of My Hero Academia: All's Justice (Feb. 6), Romeo is a Dead Man from Grasshoper (Feb. 11), Mario Tennis Fever (Feb. 12), and High on Life 2 (Feb. 13).
Those are just the hard ones. As always, there's sure to be an indie title or two that steals all the attention, or a shadow or two that helps make what's already shaping up to be an even bigger monster month.
