The Lady's Quarters is the final chapter of the main story in Little nightmares. Six finally made it to the Lady's private room and confronts her at the end. The chapter is much shorter than the rest Little nightmares chapters because there is only one collectible and there aren't really many puzzles to solve. Here it is how to complete chapter 5 v Little nightmares.

The Lady's Quarters Walkthrough in Little Nightmares
Exit the elevator and head right to find a long staircase near a locked door. The goal is to find the key to move forward. Climb the stairs and enter the only open room.
The lady will stand in front of the mirror, brushing her hair and humming. Crouch and sneak backwards to avoid being caught.
Climb onto the bed in the next room and push the white vase off the nightstand.
Once you hear the sound, the Lady will disappear, so grab the key and go outside.
Grab the key and go outside, but stop where she was standing. Drop the key and climb onto the dressing table to cast the finale statue. This will unlock it Rascal Trophy in Little nightmares.
Drop down to the floor and grab the key again, then open the door at the bottom of the stairs.
Once Six goes through the door, it closes and traps you inside. The lady will be chasing you, so run to the end and slide through the opening.
Walk into the barred room and pull the bottom plank to climb through.
Grab the only mirror that isn't broken and head outside to finally face the Mistress.
Once Six leaves, the lights go out except for one spot. To win, you need to stay in the light spot and aim the mirror at the Lady's face several times. The first bright spot is on the left. Have Six point the mirror at Lady and she will disappear.
Next, head right to the next point of light and do the same.
The rest of the encounter takes place in the middle of the room. Go to the patch of light and prepare the mirror, but this time Lady will bypass the spot before attacking Six. Do the same steps three more times to finally defeat the Lady.
When the six starts the final hunger episode, approach the withering Lady and eat her.
Finally, you can control Six to walk through a room full of Guests and she will drain their souls while slowly walking towards the exit.
As Six climbs the long stairs, the number of Noms you've been hugging as if they're saying goodbye appear at the door. This completes Chapter 5 Little nightmaresand the players get Lady's Quarters Success.
