Demon Killers did not use the potential of this character, and therefore it is a reason

The following contains spoilers from a demon's killer: Kimetsu No Yaiba Manga and Anime.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba It represents characters from different backgrounds that have suffered unimaginable tragedies in their lives. While some used their past as motivation to create a better world, others are consumed so much hatred and cynicism that they have lost contact with their own humanity.

While the series will introduce viewers with several interesting characters, one mysterious swordsman from the Sengoku era captured the imagination of fans because of his terrifying abilities and kind soul. Unfortunately, although Yoriichi Tsugikuni's potential was considered the strongest character in the series, Demon Slayer has never been used: Kimetsu No Yaiba, and that's why it depends.

Yoriichi Tsugikuni: Savior of Sengoku era

Tsugikuni revolutionized the Demon killer choir

  • Mango debut: Chapter 81
  • Anime debut: Episode 8

Yoriichi Tsugikuni was born with a Demon killer in the era of Sengoku. He was a naturally talented swordsman who was able to perform incredible performances from the day he raised the sword. His unrivaled talent helped him create his name for himself and eventually joined the demon Slayer Corps.

My dream was to live a quiet life with my family in a small house where we slept side by side. I would be close enough to see my beloved faces of my wife and child and close enough to stretch my hands and take my hands. That would be enough. But even that did not meet. There are demons in this beautiful world. ~ Yoriichi tsugikuni

Tsugikuni continued the revolution of an ancient organization by inventing solar respiration. In the end, it became a plan to create other Sherpus styles that greatly benefited the Demon Choir. It was as if this success was not sufficiently impressive, Yorieichi also helped other swordsmen awaken their demon, who stated at the golden age of demon killers.

While one imagined that Tsugikuni's achievements would guarantee more screen, unfortunately, it will never happen. Although Yoriichi had so much to offer as a character, his potential is never really explored in the story.

The tragic hero could add a greater depth to the story

Yoriichi Tsugikuni is the only demon a killer who has ever lived who fought with Kokushibo and the Muzan alone, and both overwhelmed without breaking sweat. He was so overwhelmed that he forced Kibuts to run away from his life and made himself that the upper month felt like a novice swordsman. But despite pulling such incredible performances, his journey barely gained attention she deserved.

Sadly, almost nothing is known about the swords he inspired, and how he actually turned into a overwhelmed legend, whose strength is reflected until Taisho many centuries later. While the arc of Infinity Castle is set to throw the light on his life, judging by mango, his story will not have much screen. Although producers take creative freedoms, Yorieichi is very unlikely to focus on more than a few short moments in the final combat arch.

This is tragic, because viewers could experience the magic era of Sengoku, during which Yorieich leaned the battle between good and evil in favor of humanity and pushed the demons on the verge of extinction. Unfortunately, fans will never get into the grandeur of the era that formed a modern sword. In addition, because the breathing styles were Tsugikuni's invention, a large part of their history will remain shrouded forever in mystery as a result of building a legendary swordsman.

What is the value of life for you? ~ Yoriichi tsugikuni on the muzan kibujiji

But perhaps the biggest tragedy of all this is that fans will never see Yoriichi's real potential as a swordsman. His struggles with the demons from his era are usually never mentioned. Unfortunately, his confrontation with Muzan and Kokushibo was also short, which means that the moments capturing Tsugikuni at the best case will also be short.

He only gained the story by gaining deeper into his past and exploring his way in more detail. In the end, however, Yorieichi's part in the story seems to be a passing comment instead of an epic foundation that it should be. By not using its potential as a great figure, Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The justice of Tsugkuni's heritage failed and has disappointed fans.
