Dragon Ball returns to the world of anime with a brand new series titled Dragon Ball Daima. A subtitled anime version is scheduled to air in October 2024. It will be available for streaming on Crunchyroll.
In a new announcement, the official X (formerly Twitter) account for IGN has released a new dubbed trailer for Dragon Ball Daima. Along with the trailer, the release date of the first three dubbed episodes was also confirmed. The anime version of Dragon Ball Daimo is scheduled to be released on November 10th, 11th, and 12th, 2024. The three episodes will premiere in US theaters and tickets will go on sale on October 11th.

In the new trailer, the focus is mainly on boy Goku, who is busy fighting Vegeta. The trailer also featured several other main characters.

For the uninitiated, Dragon Ball Daima is the last project Akira Toriyama worked on before his untimely death. The series was intended as an anime original. However, Akira Toriyama eventually got involved and became an integral part of the project.

When is Dragon Ball Daima coming out?
Dragon Ball Daima is scheduled for release on October 11, 2024. Anime fans already know that many other notable titles will be released in the same month, so Dragon Ball Daima will have strong competition.
Dragon Ball Daima was first announced during the New York Comic-Con in 2023. At the time, a fall 2024 release was teased. It took some time for an official release date to be confirmed.
