Bandai Namco and Dimps released a new Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 trailer for the Future Saga Expansion, with the next DLC chapter focusing on Gods of Destruction z Dragon Ball Super. Eight years later Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2first release, the game is still supported today. Dimps and Bandai Namco regularly update the game with free updates and paid DLC, adding new playable characters and transformations. One of the biggest content updates is a new story line exclusive to the game, focusing on the villainous Fu.

Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2The four-part Future Saga Expansion focuses on Fu, a villain who travels through time and experiments with Dragon Ball history to create numerous What If scenarios. These range from Tapion coming to Future Trunks' aid in the Goku Black Saga to giving Vegeta his Super Saiyan God form before he reaches it in the series' timeline. Fu's experiments with time travel continue in Chapter 2 where he plays with the characters Dragon Ball Superspecifically Pride Troopers and Gods of Destruction.


In this new trailer for Future Saga Chapter 2, Fu pits Toppo and Dyspo of Universe 10's Pride Troopers against three Dragon Ball Superdestroyer deities, gods of destruction: specifically Beerus, Champa, and Belmod. Goku himself somehow gets involved as well, where he has to fend off an energy blast that could destroy the planet, leading to the Gods of Destruction and the Pride Troopers teaming up to fight a supercharged Fu who is somehow a match for them all.


The upcoming Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 saga teases ultra supervillain Jiren

The trailer also teases an Ultra Supervillain form for Jiren, the same transformation that Fu gave Goku Black and Vegeta in Future Saga Chapter 1. The Ultra Supervillain form gives Jiren a pinkish aura, turning his irises the same color and a crystal sticking out of him. The trailer teases Jiren and Fu teaming up to fight the player's Time Patrol protagonist, along with a clash between Ultra Supervillain Jiren and Super Saiyan Blue Goku. Near the end of the trailer, Goku uses his Mastered Ultra Instinct transformation and is ready to take on Jiren and stop his rampant power. A release date for the second chapter has not yet been given, other than that it will be “soon”.


See as Xenoverse 2 to this day he still gets characters after the release of DLC, such as Cool version of Videl and Android 18, the content for the game is not slowing down anytime soon. 2024 looks set to be an exciting year Dragon Ball fans with the highly anticipated Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, Dragon Ball Daima anime and now future updates for Xenoverse 2 soon.
