Haki users, especially those wielding Supreme King Haki, can even face the Immortals of the One Piece world, except for a few select individuals such as Harald. Overall, Haki is the better of the two because it has fewer drawbacks and is much more versatile and reliable. But when it comes to overall performance, it's clear that Devil Fruits are better.
