The Epic Games Store will not break its annual tradition this year. Starting December 18th, EGS is releasing one free game every day until an unspecified date. Previous years' mystery holiday giveaways have offered a nice variety of AAA and indie titles, and users can expect the same this year. A few days ago, several Chinese social media accounts started circulating a supposedly leaked list containing the names of all 15 mysterious Epic Games Store free games for December 2025. The leaked list looked like this:

If this leak is real, then this would be a very strong listing for a free mystery Epic Games Store gift that many users would likely be pleased with. That said, all leaks should always be taken with a good grain of salt, and this is especially true when a leak seems too good to be true. Along with the lack of credible sources, this leaked list of free Epic Games Store games includes several titles that EGS offered previously, some as late as March 2025. In addition, a selection Commander Keen because the December 25th free game doesn't fit into EGS's usual strategy of offering a bigger title on Christmas Day. These factors don't necessarily mean that this leaked list is fake, but they certainly raise some concerns about its legitimacy.
