Although there is no confirmation that anything is currently developing with the god of war, there has been a lot of legends about what could be for Kratos.

One of the big speaking podcasts is what will be for God of War.

Tom Henderson says he had received a message from the source in which he claimed that the next God of War would be re -set in Greece and has a “younger” Kratos. According to the source, the story of the next game will focus more on the relationship of Kratos with his own father, which could be interesting to see how Norwegian duology concentrated around Kratos and Atreus.

While Prequel God of War sounds quite interesting, Henderson notices that he was not able to verify himself and just wanted to mention the message that would consider the rumors surrounding the series. Meanwhile, it seems that we will have to wait for the deeper message to see if what they say is true.

Since Ragnarok has released, there have also been many rumors that indicate a remake or remaster of the Greek god of war games, so it seems that if any of these claims is true, PlayStation is interested in returning to Kratos's early years instead to move forward. But as the big God of War is, it seems likely that we will eventually get a sequel.
