While this announcement came with positive news that included the addition of 48 new subscription games, Fryer indicated that customers had the right to criticize the company for its decision and the promotional video that accompanied it, which promised players more freedom of election. “I mean, they gave their fans to choose and have,” she said. “They left.”
In addition to criticizing the price increase, Fryer brought another decision of the Xbox management, which left it confused. One of the largest is the transfer of the Xbox Her-EXKLUZIVE games, which she noticed, led to an insufficient identity for the brand. This problem is in its mind composed by services and programs that allow players to play Xbox games via PC or pocket devices. All these things, in her opinion, come together to worsen Xbox relationships with players and developers and eroded the brand loyalty.
