Peekabruiser is the first boss in Donkey Kong Bananza and appears for the first time at the end of the third Lagoon sublayer (SL 102).

To beat Peekabruiser, DK Bananza players must use terrain to destroy its exterior, then attack its exposed core while avoiding octopus enemies.

Tips To Beat Peekabruiser In DK Bananza

  • Mash your forward punch while rolling to destroy many small octopuses at once. If you come into contact with these, your Health will be sapped.
  • Pick up terrain with ZR, then either throw it at Peekabruiser’s main body or smash it with melee attacks. This will destroy a large chunk of its armor.
  • When you destroy enough of its octopus armor, the Peekabruiser mask will form a sandy hill while it restores its armor. Quickly climb this hill, then shift into Kong Bananza form, to dish out damage before it recovers.

Tips To Beat Mad Mixer In DK Bananza

  • You do not need to destroy the shield walls that surround the boss. If you have good aim, you can hit Mad Mixer with attacks directly if you aim between the gaps.

Tips To Beat Void Kong In DK Bananza

  • There are few opportunities to heal during this lengthy, mult-part fight, so be sure to stock up on Apple Juice and rest in a Getaway for bonus hearts as you chase Void Kong through previous layers.
  • Use Zebra Bananza form to avoid Void Kong’s attacks on the metal bridge and as you ascend up the side of the gigantic Void sphere.
  • In the final phase of the fight, Void Kong summons three Void Stakes surrounded by various terrain. Break through the side of both the mud and ice walls with your fists, but use a piece of terrain (or Void Kong’s missiles) to break through the magma wall and destroy Void Kong’s shield.

  • Each phase requires DK to throw terrain at the Sinister Blusterwing’s wings, though each fight comes with additional mechanics for DK to avoid (or take advantage of).
  • In the first fight, simply throw the boss arena terrain at the Blusterwing’s wings to weigh it down and make it vulnerable.
  • In the second encounter, use Elephant Bananza form to suck up the terrain the boss creates, then create a throwable block with Trunk Chunk (ZR) that you can use to weigh down the boss.
  • In the third and final fight, use Elephant Bananza form to suck up gold chunks in the tornado around the boss arena, which can then be thrown at the boss’ wings to weigh it down.
