In our game, we were only able to find a 3-star hyperspace wild zone containing Galarian Farfetch'd after defeating and capturing a Mega Heatran in Lumiose's Hyperspace Exploration #5, which drastically increased the number of 3-star zones that started appearing on the map. The easiest way to do this is to have Galarian Farfetch use the move Fake swipe against a low-level Pokemon when it has a leek-held item equipped (increases critical hit ratio by 2 ranks).

Once you have both False Swipe and Leek ready, visit Wild Zone 1 and spam False Swipe against any Pokemon you see. Do this often enough and your Farfetch'd Galarian will qualify to evolve into Sirfetch'd.

False Swipe can scream even against Pokemon that have 1 HP, but you won't see a pop-up message on the screen indicating this.
