Hisuian Qwilfish can evolve Overqwil after he made the move Barb Barrage 20 times in Pokemon Legends: ZA Mega size.

Hisuian Qwilfish learns Barb Barrage at level 28. Since 3-star hyperspace Pokemon are usually around level 20-23, this means you won't need to level your Qwilfish very much before you can access this move.

Similar to the Primeape evolution in Annihilape, Hisuian Qwilfish does not need to use Barb Barrage in one battle. As long as it performs the move a total of 20 times (even against non-Pokémon targets), it will complete the evolution requirements.
