Fireballs are a type of arc that can usually be found inside buildings Arc Raider. Once they spot you, they'll attack you, and if you don't shoot them fast enough, they'll explode into a massive fireball right at you. They die very quickly though, so make sure you hit them quickly with your Fer.
After destroying them, you can loot a Fireball Burnery – an item that is useful for some early quests in Arc Raiders, but also a useful item that can be thrown as a type of fire grenade.
                        Where to find fireballs in Arc Raiders
               
Here is one example of a building where you can find fireballs on the buried city map.
Fireballs are usually found inside most buildings located in high loot areas. These are the areas marked with yellow or red boxes on your map.
The Buried city the map has many interior spaces that are full fireballs. Each of Subway station mining points usually contain two or three fireballs, and many residential and commercial buildings in the city are also full of fireballs.
That being said, each map has large interior spaces where you can find Fireballs. You can often hear them rolling before you see them, which should point you in the right direction.
