Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 has several different endings depending on certain choices made before and during the final main quest, Doomsday. However, there are several more throughout the game secret KCD2 endingswhere players complete tasks in unexpected ways that change history.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – The best armor
This guide will provide players with the best options for each armor layer in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
In such cases, a unique ending will be displayed, but unfortunately players must then reload their last save if they want to continue playing. Likewise some unique death in KCD2 can be considered alternate endings to Henry's story.

Henry's story may end on the gallows
One of the unique games concerns Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's crime and the punishment system. If Henry commits a minor crime, he will be demoted in the stocks and caned for further infractions. However, for more serious crimes such as murder, Henry will initially labeled a criminal and avoided society.

Assassination of King Sigismund
During the King's Gambit quest, Henry will serve wine and run errands for the Kuttenberg Council and eventually King Sigismund. The goal is to spy on the king, but if the player hide the knife before starting the quest and get it when picking up an item for the councilor, they can to assassinate Sigismund.
There is even a unique animation for this assassinationand once completed, players will receive the following message about the murder being committed:
THE END… You killed King Sigismund, though you died shortly after at the hands of his guard. King Wenceslas soon returned to the Bohemian throne, Jan Hus was never burned and the Hussite Wars did not take place.
As usual with these secret endings, players must reload their previous save and complete the mission as intended because it changes history too much and the game can't continue when Henry is dead.

Take out Sigismund's army during the Lion's Den quest
As part of the Lion's Den main quest, Henry breaks into Sigismund's camp to plan an ambush on his army. There are also a number of side quests to engage with, and Henry can pretend to enlist and sleep in camp.

Henry Solo-Handedly raises the siege of Suchdol
During the Reckoning quest near the end of the game, Henry and Samuel are tasked sneaking out of Suchdol and finding a horse in Markvart von Aulitz's camp to deliver the message.
But as usual, things go wrong. While trying to save Samuel, many players do just rely on stealth to get through the camp. On the other hand, killing a few men can help with the mission and is beneficial to Henry's friends awaiting their fate in the castle.
However, if players decide to go on a killing spree and succeed wipe out the entire camp of Praguerswill receive a special thank you which reads as follows:
A miracle happened! God's hand guided your weapon and thanks to it not a single soldier was left alive in the Prague camp. But now is not the time to celebrate! Your friends and silver are still in danger! Saddle your horse and hurry for help!
Best of all, it doesn't count as game over and players can continue to save them.
The Secret Teresian End
Those who played first game he will remember Theresa as Henry's primary love, but unfortunately she does not accompany Henry to the Ruins and Kuttenberg. However, her name may appear in conversations when characters ask Henry about his love life.
If Henry he soon declares that Theresa is his partner and continues to bring up her name whenever possible, there is a chance to get the secret Theresa ending after Henry's conversation with his parents at the end of the Doomsday quest. Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – How To Romance Katherine
This guide will show players how to romance Katherine in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

GAME OVER… You have joined a very exclusive group of people who have been killed by a crab bite. Well done.
Doing so will also reward the player with the Ostraconophobia Achievement/Trophy for KCD2.
