How to get Penguin Cooker in Heartopia
The Penguin stove is a special itemavailable during Winter Frost event. It is tied directly to the Aurora Banquet quest. However, you won't be able to craft or use it right away. First you need to go through the main tasks of the season.
When you've progressed far enough, talk to Massimo near his ice rink bistro. During this interview, he mentions his struggle with preparing food for the festival. To help him, he asks you to make at least one iced drink and a plate of frozen pancakes.
Interestingly, these winter festival recipes cannot be prepared on a traditional stove. Even if you have all the ingredients, the option simply won't show up unless you're using Penguin Spove.
