How to evolve your Eevee

Using Sun and Moon Shards (Espeon & Umbreon)

  • If you choose Sun or Moon Shards, you must have the item in your inventory and use your Eevee in battle until it becomes friendly enough to evolve. Fortunately, it happens very quickly inside Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness. In our experience, after getting the shard, Eevee evolves into Espeon after a single battle.

Using Elemental Stones (Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon)

  • As for evolving into the next three Pokemon, simple you have to search for a stone in your inventory and use it on Eevee. There are no consequences to evolving your Eevee ASAP, so do it if you want a stronger Pokemon on your team.

Which Eeveelution is best for playing Pokemon XD?

To get it right, because of the Pokémon you'll face on your way Pokémon XD and the fact that most fights are double battles The S-tier choice for your Eevee is none other than EspeonPsychic type Pokemon.

It is a fast forward which can deal heavy damage with moves like Psybeam and Psychic, and its high special attack only increases its usefulness even more. Many of The Shadow Pokemon you face at the start are Poison and Shadow typeswhich are exceptional weak to psychic-type moves. Instead of taking multiple turns to take down opponents, an Espeon on your team pretty much guarantees you a one-hit scythe.

If you want to consider one of the other four Eeveelution v Pokémon XDhere's a quick overview of what they have to offer:
